High Meadows, founded in the mid 1960's, is located in the 3000 ft. high meadows of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Club has grown over the years only by members inviting friends, but a few memberships remain. The affordability of the club derives from the fact that the members own it all- the course, the clubhouse, and the infrastructure. Our members enjoy lower fees rather than requiring a return on the fixed investment as a developer would. Membership levels are: Property Owners, Non-property Owners, Social and Corporate Sponsored. Each has its own fee schedule. High Meadows is currently a community of 250 homes, with a limit of 300 memberships. Here is an easy elegance.
