The Initiation Fee for Active Property Owner is $15,000.00 and is usually sold with property, so it is 100% recoverable. Annual dues are less than $4,000.00, which includes the Practice Facility.
Half of the members are retired, so there are always a few homes available. Average prices range from $150,000.00 to $600,000.00. A few building lots are also available from $20,000.00 to $110,000.00. High Meadows Country Club does not sell Real Estate, but some of our local realtors are listed here for your information. |
